BAFTA-winner for Editing Factual 2024 and three times nominated: 2022, 2021, 2019
LATEST NEWS NOV 2024 : Delighted that my feature documentary, ‘My Name is Happy’, co-directed by Nick Read and Ayse Tobrak, has won the Grierson for Best International Feature 2024 ‘The filmmakers expertly show us the slow and moving recovery journey of the titular character at the centre of this unfolding narrative. Through her compelling voice over, she shines a light on the growing issue of femicide and how in the aftermath of tragedy, she is able to be a powerful voice for change and protest’. It also won the Golden Horn at Krakow Film Festival June 2023
